Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. This creates a solution that is 25 mg/mL. On a U-100 syringe, 10 units equals 0.1 mL, which contains 2.5 mg of active material.

Store lyophilized vials in a cool, dry, dark location until ready for laboratory use. Keep vials sealed and protected from moisture, direct light, and unnecessary temperature fluctuation. After reconstitution, store refrigerated unless your validated protocol specifies otherwise.
