Shipping destinations

Vialcrest currently ships to eligible addresses within Canada only. International and United States delivery is not available.

Shipping cost

Standard Canadian shipping is $15 CAD when the qualifying order value is below $149 CAD. Qualifying Canadian orders of $149 CAD or more receive free shipping. Checkout displays the final shipping charge and determines eligibility after applicable discounts and order details are entered.

Fulfillment time

Fulfillment can take up to five business days, depending on the product, order size, payment review, address verification, and current processing volume. Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

Transit estimates

Orders are normally sent by Canada Post Xpresspost with tracking. After fulfillment and carrier acceptance, express delivery usually takes approximately two business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Remote destinations, weather, holidays, carrier volume, service interruptions, and routing conditions can add time.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed after fulfillment when available. Tracking activation can take time after the label is created or the parcel is accepted by the carrier.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, unit, buzzer, rural-route, and postal-code information. Contact us immediately through the Contact page if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the purchaser’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Packaging

Orders use discreet exterior packaging. Product names are not displayed on the outside of the parcel.

Delays, loss, or damage

Vialcrest is not responsible for carrier events outside its reasonable control, but we will assist with reasonable tracking and carrier-investigation steps. Contact us if tracking is materially delayed or indicates a delivery problem. Damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery in accordance with the Refund Policy.
