Details
Pinealon is a synthetic tripeptide with the sequence Glu-Asp-Arg, also known as EDR. It is catalogued for controlled laboratory studies of neuroprotective signalling, oxidative-stress response, cellular viability and short-peptide regulation. See the product resources below for related research context and sources.
Reconstitution
Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. This creates a solution that is 5 mg/mL. On a U-100 syringe, 10 units equals 0.1 mL, which contains 0.5 mg of active material.
Storage
Store lyophilized vials in a cool, dry, dark location until ready for laboratory use. Keep vials sealed and protected from moisture, direct light, and unnecessary temperature fluctuation. After reconstitution, store refrigerated unless your validated protocol specifies otherwise. Minimize repeated warming and cooling, avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and label prepared vials with the preparation date and concentration.
Shipping
Orders ship from Canadian inventory to eligible Canadian addresses. Tracking is provided after dispatch; transit time varies by route and carrier.
Documentation
Supplier-provided reports are published for selected products and strengths in the Certificates library. Each report identifies the tested sample strength and measured results.
