Where we ship

Vialcrest accepts orders for delivery to eligible addresses in Canada. United States and other international delivery destinations are not available.

Where peptide orders ship from

Vialcrest is Canadian-operated, and orders ship from Canadian inventory to eligible Canadian addresses. Tracking is provided after dispatch.

Shipping cost

Tracked shipping is $20 CAD when the qualifying order value is below $149 CAD. Qualifying orders of $149 CAD or more receive free shipping. Checkout shows the final charge after applicable discounts and order details are entered.

Processing and delivery time

Fulfillment can take up to five business days after payment and purchaser checks, depending on product availability and processing volume. Transit begins after dispatch. Carrier routing, weather and local delivery conditions can affect arrival. Check the tracking record for the current delivery estimate.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when available. Tracking may take time to activate or show movement between carriers. The tracking record is the best source for the parcel's current route and delivery estimate.

Addresses and packaging

Provide a complete and accurate Canadian delivery address, including any apartment, unit, buzzer, rural-route and postal-code details. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment begins. Parcels use discreet exterior packaging without product names on the outside.

Delays, loss or damage

Vialcrest will assist with reasonable tracking and carrier-investigation steps if a shipment is materially delayed or shows a delivery problem. Damaged, missing or incorrect-item claims should be submitted within 48 hours after delivery under the Refund Policy.
