Semax 11mg Dosage Protocol

Preparation, measurement, commonly documented protocol ranges, and storage for a Semax 11mg vial.

Research use only Educational summary of a commonly documented convention. Not approved for human use.
Vial Size Semax 11mg
Preparation 2mL bacteriostatic water
Concentration 5.5mg/mL after preparation
Documented Convention 300-755mcg once daily

1. Preparation and Measurement

Semax 11mg With 2mL of Diluent

Add 2mL of bacteriostatic water to the vial. The resulting concentration is 5.5mg/mL. On a U-100 syringe, each unit contains 55mcg.

11mg / 2mL = 5.5mg/mL
1 U-100 unit = 0.01mL = 55mcg

Preparation

  1. Draw 2mL of bacteriostatic water using sterile equipment.
  2. Let the liquid run slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
  3. Gently swirl until dissolved. Do not shake.
  4. Label with the preparation date and refrigerate.

Check the calculation with the peptide calculator.

2. Commonly Documented Schedule

Route commonly described: subcutaneous in circulated vial protocols. Frequency: once daily.

Period Documented amount Measurement
Weeks 1-2 300mcg once daily 0.055mL / 5.5 units
Weeks 3-4 500mcg once daily 0.091mL / 9.1 units
Weeks 5-8 755mcg once daily 0.136mL / 13.6 units

Vial estimate: One 11mg vial contains approximately 36 complete 300mcg portions or 14 complete 750mcg portions before handling loss.

Practical Notes

  • The table applies only to this vial prepared with exactly 2mL.
  • Record the amount, date, and preparation used.

3. Supplies Needed

  • Semax 11mg vial.
  • 2mL of bacteriostatic water per vial.
  • Sterile U-100 syringes.
  • Alcohol swabs.
  • Sharps container.

4. Storage and Handling

  • Keep unopened vials cool, dry, dark, and protected from moisture.
  • After preparation, refrigerate at 2-8 degrees C.
  • Protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Do not use material with particles, discoloration, or a damaged seal.

5. Research Context

Semax has been studied in experimental models involving neurotrophic signalling, oxidative stress, and ischemic injury. Published work includes other formulations and routes that are not interchangeable with a prepared research vial.

Semax is not an approved therapeutic drug in Canada or the United States. No clinically validated schedule exists for this research material.
