Dosage Protocol
Pinealon 20mg Dosage Protocol
A concise laboratory preparation and measurement reference for a 20mg Pinealon vial reconstituted with 2mL.
Evidence boundary: No validated human injectable Pinealon schedule has been established. The conversions below describe solution concentration and U-100 volume measurements, not a recommended administration amount.
Preparation
- Use a validated aseptic laboratory workflow and inspect the sealed vial before preparation.
- Add 2mL of the selected sterile diluent slowly against the vial wall.
- Allow the material to dissolve without vigorous shaking.
- Label the prepared vial with the concentration, preparation date, and storage conditions.
U-100 Measurement Reference
At 10mg/mL, each U-100 unit represents 0.01mL and contains 0.10mg (100mcg) of material.
| U-100 marking | Volume | Material measured |
|---|---|---|
| 1 unit | 0.01mL | 0.10mg / 100mcg |
| 5 units | 0.05mL | 0.50mg / 500mcg |
| 10 units | 0.10mL | 1.00mg |
| 20 units | 0.20mL | 2.00mg |
Calculation
Concentration: 20mg / 2mL = 10mg/mL. Material measured: syringe volume in mL x 10mg/mL.
Storage and Evidence Limits
Keep the prepared vial refrigerated unless a validated laboratory protocol specifies otherwise. Protect it from light, minimize temperature cycling, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Published Pinealon work spans cellular and animal models using model-specific concentrations and routes. Those experiments do not establish a transferable human injection schedule, clinical efficacy, or long-term safety.
