These Terms of Service govern your use of vialcrest.ca and purchases from Vialcrest. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the website and checkout.
1. Eligibility and research-use restriction
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use this website or purchase products.
Vialcrest products are sold strictly for legitimate laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption, injection, medical use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, or use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or household products. You are responsible for lawful purchasing, storage, handling, use, and disposal, including compliance with institutional requirements and laboratory procedures.
2. Website information
Product pages, research articles, dosage protocols, calculators, chatbot responses, and other website materials are provided for general research information and store support. They are not medical, veterinary, diagnostic, legal, or professional advice. Published research content does not establish that a product is safe, effective, or suitable for any particular use.
3. Product information and documentation
We aim to describe products, strengths, formats, storage information, availability, and pricing accurately. Images are illustrative unless a listing states otherwise. Minor packaging or label differences may occur without changing the ordered product.
Certificates of Analysis and lot documentation are available only where indicated or confirmed for the applicable product and lot. Documentation does not establish suitability for human, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or other prohibited use.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order before fulfillment, including for suspected fraud, inaccurate information, inventory errors, payment issues, legal or safety concerns, prohibited-use concerns, or suspected resale. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
You must provide complete and accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information. Contact us promptly through the Contact page if an order detail is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
5. Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final total are displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method. We do not store complete payment-card numbers; payment providers process payment credentials under their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Promotions
Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, dates, minimums, exclusions, and availability. VIALCREST15 provides 15% off a first eligible order with a minimum merchandise subtotal of $199 CAD. It cannot be combined with another product or order promotion, but it may be combined with qualifying free shipping. We may correct or cancel a promotion applied contrary to its stated terms.
7. Shipping
Vialcrest currently ships within Canada only. Shipping fees, fulfillment estimates, tracking, delivery limits, and delay information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
8. Cancellations, refunds, and order problems
Products are final sale after shipment because storage conditions and product integrity cannot be verified after delivery. Cancellation requests may be considered before fulfillment but are not guaranteed. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery with the order number, photographs, and requested supporting information. See our Refund Policy.
9. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the website or products unlawfully; misrepresent your eligibility, intended use, or identity; interfere with website security; introduce malicious code; scrape or exploit website content at unreasonable scale; infringe intellectual-property rights; or purchase products for human, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, or other prohibited use.
10. Intellectual property
The Vialcrest name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Vialcrest and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal or internal research reference does not transfer ownership or permit republication, resale, or commercial exploitation.
11. Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party services for hosting, checkout, payments, shipping, security, analytics, and customer support. Third-party services and linked websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free content, uninterrupted carrier service, or suitability of any product for an unstated purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, condition, remedy, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vialcrest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delays, improper product handling, prohibited use, or reliance on general research information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without restricting mandatory consumer rights that apply in another Canadian province or territory.
